After de-flashing & a good scrubbing. The configuration I chose has Sicarius wearing the helmet and holding a pistol. The configuration shown on the GW website is neat, but I wanted something that looked a little more like it represented an "on the battlefield" pose.
Mounted on base

Head attached
Done!
It's been a while since I've built a metal Space Marine model - it was a pain. I broke off almost every piece of this model at least once after I glued it, but the sculpt has the "notch & stub" pre-molded at all the connection points, so it would be practically impossible to pin, even if you wanted to. It's a good thing this model didn't require any Green Stuff work, as I'm sure I would have broken off all the pieces again multiple times and thrown it across the room in frustration.
Regardless, it is a fantastic looking model, and I look forward to painting it!
Look forward to seeing him painted. It is indeed a nice model. Sometimes I entertain ideas of collecting the various Ultra special characters and Honor Guard just to paint them up.
